Providing accurate measurements of clients' homes
I have been an appraiser in the DFW area for almost 40 years and have decided to devote my business to providing accurate measurements of homes to clients.
Accurate living area measurements can provide value in the marketing of a home. Typically, accurate measurements of a home are larger than the Appraisal District records.
My fees are based on the size and complexity of the home to be measured and are very reasonable.
All homes measured with a Leica Disto laser measuring tool.
All homes are measured utilizing the ANSI Z765-2021 standard which is required by most lenders.
All measures are to the nearest 1/10th of a foot creating a very accurate measurement of the home.

These fees are based on the measured size of the living area.
I have almost 40 years of experience in the appraisal industry with the majority of that time in the residential sector. I am a one man shop with all of my focus now on providing accurate measurements of homes for clients.
